and Birdman happened early this week. Their once-close
relationship—Birdman signed the younger rapper to a deal when Wayne was a

Early Monday morning, TMZ reported
that a judge in Wayne’s lawsuit against Birdman and Cash Money ordered
Baby to turn over financial records relating to $51 million in promised
advance money that Wayne claims he never received. According to the
outlet, Cash Money claims that their records are not thorough, an
argument the judge did not give much credence to. The label has 30 days
to find the records and supply them to Wayne’s team.
